Why you love your job:
Goodwood is truly an extraordinary place to work—there’s an energy here that’s unlike anywhere else. Leading such an exceptional security team fills me with an immense sense of pride and purpose. It’s more than just a job; it’s a passion, a commitment, and an opportunity to be part of something truly special. Every day I arrive at Goodwood, I’m reminded of how lucky I am to work in such a dynamic and inspiring environment. If stepping onto these incredible grounds doesn’t bring a smile to your face, well... we might not have much in common!
Key Achievement or something you are proud of:
One of my proudest achievements at Goodwood has been restructuring the security team to ensure that Goodwood’s core values are embedded in everything we do. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities, and I take great pride in continuously contributing to the security and success of Goodwood. My passion for this role and the incredible Goodwood family is something I never imagined finding in a workplace. A standout accomplishment for me has been the creation of our new state-of-the-art security control room, a milestone that reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Day to day life at Goodwood:
I love taking advantage of the many opportunities to connect with colleagues at Goodwood. Whether it’s using the Goodwood Health Club, joining team gatherings like Staff Lunches after each event, or attending Goodwood Connected sessions, Blowout, and the festive Christmas Lunch at Goodwood House, there’s always a chance to come together. The sense of unity here is truly unique—Goodwood fosters a ‘one team’ culture like nowhere else!

Sum up your role in paragraph:
I’m a dedicated security professional passionate about building high-performing teams and ensuring the highest security standards at Goodwood. I lead security strategies, oversee VIP protection for major events, and work closely with police and counter-terrorism colleagues to keep everyone safe. No two days at Goodwood are the same—each one brings exciting new challenges. I’d love to share more, but that would turn into a 20-page essay!
