Did you know that an 18-hole round of golf means you could take up to 10,000 steps and burn 2,000 calories? It is also a great way of relaxing and getting rid of those everyday stresses.

Getting out into the great outdoors and enjoying the fresh air couldn't be better for you and will help you relieve stress and get rid of those unwanted endorphins. With stunning views of The South Downs from The Downs Course to effortlessly winding around the flint walls of Goodwood House on The Park Course, it will definitely take you away from the worries of everyday life.
