Canicross UK primarily provide Canicross training across the country. They offer a variety of training classes ranging from absolute beginners, right up to race training and coaching. So what is Canicross? In short it is trail running with your dog (or dogs), where the runner wears a special running belt, attached to a bungee line to their dog, who wears a specifically designed pulling harness. It is a team sport where runner and dog work together. Any runner, or hiker can take part, and most dog breeds can participate too! We actively encourage new beginners to try this fun and inclusive sport!
Highdown Agility is a versatile club that provides classes for those doing agility for fun and the social, as well as those with more competitive ambitions. Many members have celebrated winning up grades at Kennel Club competitions over the past year. As well as this, the junior members have had a lot of success, with two competing and placing at Crufts 2025 with their dogs, and who are now awaiting news as to whether they will be selected for the Junior Team GB travelling to Portugal in July for the Junior Agility World Championships!

Stretched out across the Duchess paddocks around The Kennels at Goodwoof, visitors can watch the mesmerising work of top-level field and trail working dogs. These sheep and gundogs are at the very pinnacle of their competitive working lives and are incredible to watch in action. Goodwoof’s Gundog curator, David Latham has been England's Gundog Retriever Captain since 2015.
