It doesn’t get any better than this. The sun is already beating down on Goodwood as a river of supercars arrives at the Motor Circuit for this year’s Super Sunday Breakfast Club. We’re already hearing the unmistakeable sounds of V8 Ferraris, V12 Aston Martins, and flat-six Porsche 911s from outside our office window. This morning is going to be good.
Every time we sneak a glimpse outside we’re met with another jaw dropping sight: supercars, motorcycles, and more as far as the eye can see. The keenest owners and drivers getting in as the gate opened at 07:00 to park up their mouth-watering piece of exotica and grab a coffee.
You won’t be able to walk far without seeing something to stop you in your tracks this morning; the paddocks are already filling up and we’re very excited to get out and take a look around. Among the showcases this morning are a huge selection of Italian supercars in Paddock 3, perfectly complemented by some British beauts in Paddock 2, and topped off with some V12 glory in Paddock 1.
If you’re a fan of motorcycles, the two wheeled showcases are sprawled across the Pit Lane and Park Ferme, and there’s plenty else to gawp at this morning too, with cars spread from Woodcote to Madgwick, with many of the highlights of Super Sunday located on the Grid.
Right, we’re off to take a walk and soak in the sunshine among a sea of supercars.
