With the enormous Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard firmly in our rear view, it’s time to look forward to what we have next. The best way we do that here at Goodwood, is by gathering a wide selection of cars and bikes at the Motor Circuit for an early meet, some morning nosh and a chinwag.
It is of course Breakfast Club, in this case, old reliable Classic Sunday, which in part looks forward to the Revival coming next month. This morning we’re celebrating a plethora of vehicles all of which were registered before 1984.
From MG Bs, to Lotus Elans, E-Types and Cobras, there are plenty of cars here that we will see go door to door in race trim next month at Revival, albeit in their more relaxed road-going trims. Breakfast Club however is a far more relaxed affair, where we enjoy the panel-beaten forms of a beautiful classic car, vintage bikes, and even some old military vehicles at rest.
Our anticipation built as we heard them all steadily arrive this morning, and after taking a look around for ourselves we can confirm there really is nowhere better to be on an early summer’s morning than at the Motor Circuit surrounded by such gems. Here, enjoy a selection of photos of our dedicated eager early arrivals.
