Following a meeting of the FIA World Motorsport Council today, we’re delighted to say that the 2020 Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard, the Goodwood Revival and the 78th Members’ Meeting dates can be confirmed.
In case you missed our announcement story in September, Goodwood’s 2020 motorsport season will begin with the 78th Members’ Meeting from 28th-29th March. With 14 races across the weekend (the first of which, the marvellous S.F. Edge Trophy, was confirmed yesterday) and three high-speed demos, the seventh modern Members’ Meeting event already looks set to be absolutely spectacular. But remember, you can only buy tickets if you’re a GRRC member or fellow, so if you’re not, be sure to join!
Then in July, the grounds of Goodwood House will be transformed to accommodate thousands of motorsport enthusiasts, some of the most jaw-dropping road and race cars and motorcycles the world has to offer, as well as a host of other attractions, for the 2020 Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard. The gates open on Thursday 9th July, with the event finishing in the evening of Sunday 12th.
Finally, the 2020 Goodwood Revival. Retaining its spot on the second weekend of September, the Motor Circuit will be transformed, becoming a pre-’66 motorsport and fashion haven from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th September.
Tickets for the 2020 Festival of Speed and Revival will go on sale to GRRC members at 09:00 on Saturday October 26th, to those part of the GRRC Fellowship at 09:00 on Monday October 28th and to the general public at 09:00 on Monday November 4th. Tickets to the Goodwood Members’ Meeting are on sale now exclusively to GRRC members and members of the GRRC Fellowship. For more information on tickets visit ticketing.goodwood.com.
