There is always a mouth-watering array of the latest and greatest supercars in attendance at the Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard, and as we continue to build up this year’s event, we couldn’t help but look back at some of our favourite supercar Hill runs from 2021.
Pagani Huayra BC Roadster, Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport, Ferrari Monza SP2, Lamborghini SCV12, Aston Martin Valkyrie, McLaren Artura, Zenvo TSR-S. Even just seeing that list written down is enough to cause major concentration problems, so seeing all of these great cars, and more, being driven at speed up the most famous hillclimb in the world will likely bring an end to your day’s productivity. Apologies for that, but work can wait when you can watch and listen to some of the most entrancing supercars on the planet.
Each of the cars on this list is worthy of bedroom wall poster status, but aside from their stunning looks, the soundtrack is equally dramatic. Whether it’s the wail of a Valkyrie, the rumble of a C8 Corvette, or the visceral roar of the SCV12, there’s plenty here to make those neck hairs stand to attention.
If all of that simply wasn’t enough to send your heart rate soaring, perhaps the realisation that the 2022 Festival of Speed, with another supreme collection of supercars due to attend, is just around the corner will do the trick.
