For four days every July, the Goodwood hillclimb turns into a harmonious mecca for motorsport fans, driving them to gather in droves alongside the revered 1.16-mile stretch of tarmac.
As you well know, the hillclimb will ring silent this summer, with the coronavirus cancelling every event this side of September. But even in the darkest of times, there’s nothing like a screaming Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard soundtrack to brighten up your day. And hear’s (get it) an excellent compilation courtesy of HistoricRacingHD.
Reportedly taking the team a week to create, the 12-minute clip features some of the most legendary cars ever to grace the hillclimb, from single-seater racers to wide-bodied supercars.
So turn up the volume, glue your eyes to the screen and banish the humpday blues…
