For decades, Murray Walker was the voice of motorsport. Best known for his energetic, enthusiastic and exuberant Formula 1 commentary, his career spanned much more than that. He also provided the vocal soundtrack to Rally Cross, touring cars, trials and many other formulas. No matter which strain of motorsport, his infectious enthusiasm was the same. He brought as much drama to proceedings as the action on the track.
