Video: Smith and Sniff's guide to the best new cars around

One of the best places to see the very newest and most important cars, some of which aren’t even on sale yet, is the Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard. Even for the likes of Smith and Sniff, the gathering of new metal that makes up the First Glance paddock presented by heycar is mighty impressive.

The boys get very excited, as we did, about the new Kia EV6 GT with its near-600PS (441kW) punch. Then there’s the new Land Rover Defender in a curious brown colour that they’re very captivated by. The big news however is that it’s this Defender is the 130 model, with a lot more space and seating. This is probably the first and last time a Land Rover has been compared to a Kardashian. They then make their way past the new Range Rovers, Jaguar’s F-Pace SVR, the new Alfa Romeo Tonale and many more. Perhaps the main debut star of the show this year was the BMW M3 Touring, one of the most hotly-demanded performance cars for generations. Smith and Sniff give us the tour of all these and more.
