Video: 2022 Freddie March Memorial Trophy full race | Goodwood Revival
The Freddie March Memorial Trophy was given the famous Friday night sunset treatment at Goodwood Revival 2022. Taking the place of the Stirling Moss Memorial Trophy – which has shifted to Saturday evening – the FMMT commemorates 70 years since the inaugural Goodwood Nine Hours, the triple-A endurance event of early 1950s sportscars.
Beneath a humbling sky, spritely racers that included Jaguar C-types, Aston Martin DB3s, Allard J2Xs, Ferrari 750 Monzas and a range of Cooper-Jaguars, battled it out into the twilight hours, with plenty of pit lane time penalty musical chairs mixing up the field.
