The Sussex Trophy presented by Lifebuoy was the curtain-call fixture for the second day of 2021’s Goodwood Revival – and what a way to round off a day’s action it proved to be. The grid full of 1950s sports cars raced closely for 25 minutes, every place in the top ten being hotly contested.
The front row of the grid was led by the Tojeiro-Jaguar of James Cottingham and the Lotus 15s of Roger Wills and Ollie Bryant respectively. Bryant got a bad start from which he never truly recovered. Wills fared better, taking an early lead. The win was taken by... well, watch to find out.
