The Goodwood Motor Circuit rewards bravery, and there were buckets of it on display over the three days of tumultuous weather which made conditions incredibly challenging. But even with the rain falling, we still saw plenty of breathtaking manoeuvres.
If Jake Hill’s gutsy move around the outside of Fordwater in an AC Cobra doesn’t impress you, then perhaps Jimmie Johnson absolutely sailing around the outside of three other cars to take the lead of the Stirling Moss Memorial Trophy at Woodcote will.
The fact that the race-long battle for the lead in the Fordwater Trophy features not once but twice tells you everything you need to know about that particular race, we’ll be remembering Tim Crighton’s duel with Marc Gordon for years to come.
Another stunning move was that of Richard Kent taking the lead of the RAC TT Celebration around the outside of Madgwick. He hung his Cut 7 E-type around the outside and somehow made it stick.
We’ve got all these and more to show you in this year’s round up of the best overtakes from the Goodwood Revival. Watch the full video for action from the St. Mary’s Trophy presented by Motul, Madgwick Cup and more.
