Bonhams’ 78MM sale has been called off
While it looked like it would still go ahead, albeit with a slightly revised format, Bonhams’ 78th Members’ Meeting sale has unfortunately had to be called off.
The decision to cancel was made as a response to the serious threat posed by the coronavirus. All Bonhams auctions until April 21st are, for now at least, not going ahead as planned.
The more positive news, however, is that, according to Bonhans, “all lots listed in the Sale catalogue are still offered for sale and interested parties should contact the Bonhams UK Motor Car department by telephone on +44 (0) 20 7468 5801 or email: ukcars@bonhams.com.” So that collection of fast Fords that’s up for sale? They’re still just a few steps away from being in your garage…
