Gallery: Famous E-types and more get some 78MM practice in at Goodwood

09th March 2020
Ben Miles

One of the great pleasures of working at Goodwood is the chance to see some truly special cars on a pretty regular basis. Today (March 9) was no exception, as our friends at CKL Developments brought some marvellous machinery to the Motor Circuit for a track day.

The team at CKL specialise mostly in classic Jaguar racing cars and, as one of the best preparing crews around, they tend to arrive with some famous stuff. So today we found the iconic Bahama Speedweeks Jaguar E-type, a stunning black and white semi-lightweight, and the perhaps even more famous Linder-Nocker low-drag lightweight E-type.

Those two cars alone would be enough to make this an incredible track day, but of course there was more. Jaguar XKs, Aston Martin DB4 and Triumphs to be precise. A quite mouthwatering prospect. Of course we nipped out and grabbed some images of this wonderful day for you to peruse. Could you even begin to pick a favourite?
