Video: A Ferrari 430 GT car with sequential gearbox sounds like heaven

26th September 2016

The racing world before the invention of paddle-shift was just 100 per cent cooler wasn't it? The Ferrari F430 GT car sounded pretty amazing to begin with, but that aural treat is, if anything, just increased when you add the sight of a driver slamming his pure-bred racing car through the gears by tugging on a massive stick to his right.

So to that end please join Brazillian GT racer Jamie Melo as he guides his Risi Competitizione prepared 430 round the sweeps of Mid-Ohio back in 2009. Just imagine if you could get a road car with a massive sequential gearbox, how cool would that be..?
