Honda is probably most in your mind for touring cars, or racing bikes, or maybe being in Formula 1 for not quite long enough. But actually its raced in so many different disciplines of motorsport you could almost just point at them all and find a Honda.
But, it has had highs and lows in racing car development. Times it dominated everyone and other when it was so bad it just went ahead and quit the sport entirely. There have been good Hondas in F1, the BTCC, at Le Mans and in IndyCar and there have also been bad ones in all of those categories.
We’ve picked our five favourites, a couple of them might seem reasonably straightforward selections, but maybe one or two will be entirely new to your eyes.
