Video: Onboard incredible all-Porsche 911 RSR Daytona battle at night
Sibling rivalry is often more heated than any other kind of fight. It's no different when it comes to motorsport siblings, so when you put an entire field of Porsche 911 RSRs on track, you're going to find things getting quite heated.
One of the support races for the 2019 Classic 24 at Daytona is one which is exclusively for Porsche 911 RSRs, and so with a field of pretty much identcal flat-six racers the racing is almost guarenteed to be good. Fortunately we had a camera in one of the closest battle of the race, one which was unfortunately curtailed eventualy by what seems to be gearbox issue for our camera car. But before that happened we got a grandstand seat for a brilliant dual between this and another 911 RSR. Including a particularly good round-the-outside overtake into the endlessly tightening turn one a few laps into the race, which you have to keep an eye out for.
