Directors Dominic and Marcus Holland founded the company with several targets in mind. The classic car business was the platform that would eventually allow them to begin a career in historic motor racing.

With their expertise in classic car engineering, DM Historics put it all to use to prepare and race a Lotus Cortina, with more recent focus applied to a racing Mini Cooper.

We sat down to have a chat with Marcus about the journey so far, which includes racing outings at Silverstone, and at the Goodwood Revival. As a father-son team, they are heavily involved in all aspects of their business, and the racing he says provides a nice opportunity to enjoy themselves.

Their new found experience on the race track has also allowed them to offer guidance to customers who are similarly keen to get themselves started in historic racing.
