Alpine is going big at Le Mans for the centenary of the event, ringing in the second century of one of the world’s most famous motor races with its dedicated LMDh entry for the 2024 endurance racing calendar.
Not yet named or shown in full, Alpine’s teaser for its new hypercar shows the left front three-quarter, with a distinctive and aggressive look featuring double canards, a glowing car number and a staggered lighting signature. The car will be revealed in full in the Alpine Paddock Centre at Le Mans on 9th June.
The dramatic hydrogen-powered Alpenglow concept will be in the area, at the Hydrogen Village with the Automobile Club d l’Ouest. The A290_b concept meanwhile, previewing Alpine’s take on a hot hatch version of the imminent all-electric Renault 5, will also be around, first at the Village and then in the Paddock Centre. Finally, Alpine’s Le Mans edition A110 R will also get its debut, when it takes to the circuit itself on 7th June at 13:20.
Are you excited to see Alpine’s dedicated hypercar challenger for 2024? We can’t wait to see what the storied French marque has come up with, to take on Porsche, Ferrari, Toyota, Cadillac, Lamborghini, BMW and many more in the 2024 World Endurance Championship.
