Current F1 Academy racer Lia Block will return to rallying on 11th and 12th October to compete in the Lake Superior Performance Rally, the final round of the ARA National Championship Series.
It marks her return to the championship she won in 2023, when she won four rounds in the two-wheel-drive class at the wheel of a Subaru BRZ.
This time, she’ll be driving a factory Subaru WRX alongside co-driver Keaton Williams, following in the footsteps of her father, Ken Block, who competed in the WRC with Subaru in 2008.
Block made the bold switch to single-seaters from rallying in 2024, where she has been learning her trade in F1 Academy, achieving her best result last time out in Singapore with a pair of fourth places.
The 18-year-old’s other experiences include Extreme E, Rallycross and two rounds of Spanish F4 earlier in 2024.
