Video: Ride on board a record-setting lap of Le Mans

There are parts of this video that look artificially sped up. This is the on-board footage of Neel Jani setting a new lap record at Le Mans last year in the Porsche 919. What's even more impressive than the straight line speed is the way it changes direction.

It only takes a few minutes to see history being made, with an average speed of 154.8mph. With it being Le Mans week now, we wonder whether his lap will be bettered this year?
