Ken Block is perhaps the ultimate automotive ballet dancer. The way he hangs out in his monstrous machines: It’s poetry in motion. This year at FOS, Ken brought his manic Ford Fiesta RX43 for some fun, games, smoke and flames (from the exhaust, of course).
In between sessions on the hill, Ken took some time out to show us around his utter beast of a car. As we can see in the video above, Fiesta RX43 is a no half-measures machine. It’s tailored to Ken’s every need to allow him to do what he does best. An enlarged, gold-plated handbrake, for example, lends Ken some extra purchase over when and where the car rotates, keeping that ferocious four-pot spinning up some smoke.
