We’ve all driven karts. Wherever your local track is, you'll most likely have had an arrive and drive day or been on some kind of team building trip or just been with your mates for a party. But shifter karts, those are a completely different beast.
These particular shifter cars have a 125cc engine – the equivalent of a small motorbike – and race around what appears to be just some park roads with a little bit of barrier around the edge.
With that size of engine, and the ability to change the ratios, boy do they shift (pun intended) and so riding alongside the driver is a pretty cool experience. In fact there are few onboards that give you such a good sense of speed as this one. Also, there’s a jump in the middle of this course, which is excellent in any form of racing.
