There’s nothing like a sun-soaked South American circuit, and a grid full of speeding superminis…
In this three-minute clip, courtesy of CrashRacing, Vauxhalls, Fords and a number of other cars that, frankly, even we’re struggling to identify, battle it out in the final lap of the Class 2 Turismo Nacional race, back in 2018.
The 3.896-mile circuit encircles the Lake Potrero de los Funes in Argentina’s San Luis Province, and the drivers take a scenic, hilly, high-speed drive around its convoluted course.
In the heated race, the two dozen-odd cars jostle with one another, dancing across the tarmac in a bid to get ahead.
And as for the commentator? Well, we have no idea what he is saying, but he seems pretty enthusiastic about this last lap sprint…
