With their 18-odd gears, articulated trailers and huge blind spots, arctic lorries are hard enough to drive just from A to B. Add in a tight, twisting, fjord-side road within the actual Arctic itself and you’re facing a whole other challenge.
Luckily, Estonian Scania driver Kristo Boginski is more than accustomed to Scandaniavia’s peculiarities, and has shared a whole series of scenic onboards to his 207,000 YouTube subscribers.
Admittedly, this is a shade slower than our usual Elevenses, but it’s impressive none-the-less. Watch as Boginski pilots the huge truck, a Scania S520, through roads barely wider than its wheels, perfectly the edge of the of the road. Passing points are plentiful but luckily cars are few and far between in the quarter-of-an-hour run.
Welcome to Goodwood Elevenses, a mid-morning helping of motoring-related amusement to help break up your day. Watch the last video: The MC12 Corsa Cent 100’s exhaust could shatter glass
