Video: Pagani Zondas bring the noise
The hills are alive to the sound of Pagani Zondas. Seriously, is there a better way to start the day? Crank up the volume because your ears are due a tickling.
This compilation is a Zonda greatest hits video, the very best sounds from the various versions of the V12 supercar that emerged from an industrial area in Modena. There’s the ‘regular’ stuff, like the C12 S, S, F, Tricolore and track-only R (ripping away from the start line at the Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard, no less), then a whole host of the other ‘special’ Zondas that have emerged over the years, some built new as bespoke models, like the very loud 760VR and the very ugly 760LM Roadster, to the 760 Viola, a pre-owned Zonda that was sent back to Pagani to be brought to the new owner’s perfect specification.
Having been lucky enough to have been a passenger in a Zonda C12 S a decade ago it is the early examples that really pull on my heart strings – before the exhausts started making pops and bangs. But what’s yours?
