Video: These hypercar launches are insane

When a video begins with a Pagani Huayra R steaming in the direction of the cameraman, clearly doing a speed well into the triple digits with its V12 positively howling, you know it’s going to be a good one. In fact it’s one of the best opening 12 seconds of any YouTube clip we’ve ever watched.

What you’re looking at is an event just outside Zagreb, Croatia’s capital, organised by the Supercar Owners Circle, essentially a highly-exclusive membership club for individuals with truly outrageous cars. That explains why the Huayra R is joined by a regular Huayra, Ferrari F12 TDF, 812 Competizione, Koenigsegg Regera, Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series, Aston Martin V12 Speedster, Bugatti Noire and Chiron, Porsche Carrera GT, 918 Spyder, two Apollo IEs, McLaren Elva, Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren, Zenvo TSRS and a RUF CTR Anniversary. Oh, and because the event was in Croatia, there were a few Rimac Neveras, too.

Some of the launches are very average, but a number, including that Huayra, are absolutely superb.
