Here are two very different way to go about building a car for drifting. First you can take a might V8-powered Ford Mustang and make it even more ridiculous, which is the route FOS regular Vaughn Gittin Jr. chooses to go down.
The alternative is to take a small sportscar (in this case a Toyota GT86) and drop a massive motor into it (in this case a flat-plane V8 from the Ferrari 458) to make something frankly incredible. That’s what Ryan Tuerck decided to do.
Both are legitimate strategies, and both have produced awesome machines, but which do you prefer. The screaming Italian-engined Japanese sportscar, or the all-American, made even more American Ford?
