SpeedWeek presented by Mastercard was an event of many firsts, and one such first was the dynamic debut of Ford’s Mach-E 1400 in the hands of professional drifter Vaughn Gittin Jr.
The unique version of Ford’s controversial Mustang Mach-E was modified by Gittin’s own RTR Vehicles, and puts out a massive 1,400PS through its seven electric motors (three on the front diff, four on the rear) to all four wheels.
It’s a bonafide beast and displayed its incredible capabilities to the online crowds of SpeedWeek. Taking to the Driftkhana, Gittin Jr. performed a series of sideways, smoky laps, surprising even himself with his times.
In today’s elevenses, join the American driver and experience SpeedWeek through his eyes, and from behind the wheel of this absolute monster.
Welcome to Goodwood Elevenses, a mid-morning helping of motoring-related amusement to help break up your day. Watch the last video: A wild F1 ride at Zandvoort
