A few years ago Alfa Romeo’s enthusiast offering was pretty limp. Small, front-wheel-drive petrol and diesel hatchbacks a performance brand does not make. Today, thankfully, things are a little different, because Alfa builds the Giulia Quadrifoglio and the Stelvio Quadrifoglio. But which would be better to own?
Without giving away too much of the video away, it’s a tricky decision. Both cars are together on performance, they’re both comfortable when you need them to be and loud when you want to wake up the neighbours. Ultimately, would you prefer the four-wheel-drive security and the SUV practicality of the Stelvio? Or the lairy, rear-wheel-drive thrill of the Giulia?
