Have you heard of the St. Moritz International Concours of Elegance, or ‘The ICE’, before? Probably not, because it’s an all-new event based on the frozen lake of St. Moritz, Switzerland, but it’s an event you really should give some attention to.
Where most councours events display vehicles on large, pristine lawns, ‘The ICE’ is an event where the cars take to the snow-covered frozen lake to entertain the crowds.
They’re serious machines, too. Alongside a trio of Pagani Huayras (which reportedly towed several skiers later in the event) there was a Lamborghini Countach and a Miura SV J, a Mercedes 300 Gullwing, a Lancia Stratos, Delta S4 Group B and Delta HF Martini, and a Ferrari F40, F50, 275 GTB and 750 Monza.
